Inter Milan recorded their first victory this Champions League season by beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0.

Lautaro Martinez scored the first goal at the 22nd minute, his fifth in the past four matches for Inter Milan. He could have scored another goal in a penalty but was stopped by Roman Burki.

17-year-old Sebastiano Esposito had won a penalty after coming off the bench and was fouled by Mats Hummels.

Dortmund left their post defenceless in their quest for an equalizer and Inter seized the opportunity to score the second through Antonio Candreva at the 90th minute.

Both Inter and Dortmund have four points each in Group F Champions League table. Barcelona is leading with 7 points after beating Slavia Prague 2-1.
