Arsenal slipped to 9th in the English Premier League as they drew 2-2 against Southampton on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium.

This has increased pressure on Unai Emery whose team were booed off after the final whistle.

Danny Ings scored an early lead for Southampton but the visitors wasted a lot of chances to extend the lead until Alexandre Lacazette scored an equalizer for Arsenal.

Then James Ward-Prowse scored the second goal for Southampton after his penalty was saved earlier by goalkeeper Bernd Leno.

Lacazette scored the stoppage time draw for Arsenal but there was no celebrations as fans booed the Gunners off the pitch after the final whistle.

Arsenal’s performance on Saturday was lukewarm at best and it is difficult to see them fight for a first four place in the Premier League this season.
