The Brazilian Star played a key role to PSG scoring the first two goals through Mauro Icardi and Pablo Sarabia in the first half. Then he scored the third goal few minutes after the break.
Neymar followed up his goal with a perfect assist for Kylian Mbappe to make it 4-0 before substitute Edinson Cavani scored a late penalty to make it 5-0.
The French side who already qualified for the last 16 dominated the game against Turkish side Galatasaray who desperately needed a win to qualify.
PSG remains top of Group A in UEFA Champions League 2019 with five solid points ahead of second placed Real Madrid.
