Liverpool extended their Premier League lead by eleven points by beating Watford 2-0 on Saturday at Anfield.
Mohamed Salah’s brace helped the Reds have a great day as Klopp urged during the matchday conference earlier.
Sadio Mané took the ball and passed to Salah who took the shot into Watford net in the 38th minute.
This was before the visitors missed the chance to score the opening goal when when Abdoulaye Doucoure’s shot from Etienne Capoue’s cross couldn’t hit the net.
Mané scored another goal for his side five minutes after half time but it was overruled by VAR for being a little offside.
Watford missed another chance to score, this time through Ismaila Sarr.
Then Salah scored the authentic second goal in the match with a backheel effort at stoppage time.
Jurgen Klopp’s side is now eleven points clear of second placed Leicester City while Watford’s defeat roots them at the bottom of the league.
