New Gunners coach, Mikel Arteta invited Nigerian defender, Tolaji Bola, to train with the first team on Monday, ahead of next premier league match against Bournemouth.

This would be the second successive day Bola was invited by Arteta as the coach reportedly has the intention of debuting the youngster in the upcoming premier league match.

Bola will be replacing either left backs Kieran Tierney or Sead Kolašinac who are still nursing their injury and will not be back anytime soon.

Their absence had forced Freddie Ljungberg to play Bukayo Saka as a left back during the goalless draw game against Everton on Saturday.

Bola will wear the number 40 kit if he plays his first competitive match for the Gunners before the end of the 2019-2020 campaign.

The England U19 international joined Arsenal at U9 level after he was spotted by a Gunners scout while playing for Parkfield at a tournament.
