Cristiano Ronaldo continued his 2020 top form as he scored double for Juventus to extend their lead on Serie A table after beating Parma 2-1 on Sunday.

Ronaldo scored the opening goal at the 43rd minute. Shortly after Parma equalised, the Portuguese scored the winning goal at the 58th minute.

The former Real Madrid star has now netted 16 goals for Juve.which makes him the second best scorer in Serie A behind Golden Boot leader Ciro Immobile, who has scored an impressive 23 goals for Lazio

Ronaldo is also the only player in the top five European leagues to score at least 15 goals in each of the last 14 campaigns. And he has also scored a total of 414 league goals for the likes of Manchester UnitedReal Madrid and most recently Juventus. 

Other records the 34-year-old star has broken are: first Juventus player to score in seven straight Serie A games since David Trezeguet in December 2005 as well as fifth Juventus player to score 16 goals in his first 20 Serie A games.

Meanwhile, Juvenile have secured their four points lead ahead of second placed Inter Milan who were held to a 1-1 draw by Leece earlier.
