Jadon Sancho is still a Borussia Dortmund player as Manchester United are €10m short of meeting asking price.

Negotiations have been ongoing for weeks and personal terms have been met. But the asking price by the German Bundesliga side remains a point of contention.

Dortmund are demanding €108m for the England international. According to Express, the German giants are looking at Manchester United’s past expensive business for Harry Mguire and Bruno Fernandes where they ultimately paid the asking price for both players.

But the premier league side feel the Bundesliga side are being unreasonable with the asking price for Sancho due to the coronavirus. Reports say United may hold out on Sancho’s transfer.

It is now left for the 20-year-old to complete the move by putting a transfer request.

United has already failed to meet the August 10 deadline and Sancho has travelled with the rest of the Borussia Dortmund squad to Switzerland for pre-season training.
