Leicester City’s unbeaten run in this season’s Premier League was brought to a devastating end after West Ham thrashed the Foxes 3-0 in King Power Stadium on Sunday.

Kelechi Iheanacho was introduced in the second half for Ayoze Perez on 64 minutes but failed to help Leicester prevent defeat.

Michail Antonio (14), Pablo Fornals (34) and Jarrod Bowen (83) were all on target for the Hammers as Leicester went from the indomitable team that hammered five goals against Manchester City last weekend to toothless bulldogs, failing to register a shot on target from their four attempts on goal.

Meanwhile, West Ham boss David Boyes managed his team from home as he is still self isolating after contracting the coronavirus.

Next, Leicester host Aston Villa on Saturday October 17 whilst West Ham have a tasty encounter with Tottenham after the international break.
