Nigeria’s Super Eagles have all tested negative for coronavirus, ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying game at Sierra Leone this evening.

This was disclosed by the team’s media officer Babafemi Raji.

FrujuSports had earlier reported that the Nigerian delegation were made to undergo another coronavirus test as soon as they arrived Sierra Leone airport on Monday.

Meanwhile, Sierra Leone FA president Isha Johansen paid a visit to the Eagles after their team walk.

Johansen tendered an unreserved apologies for the inconveniences the team experienced on arrival at the airport on Monday.

The Super Eagles who lead Group L with seven points, are hoping to make up for throwing away their 4-goal lead at Benin City last week Friday.
